Meet Kacey
I'm a leader, mother, recovering perfectionist, and a highly sensitive person. I wear my emotions on my sleeve and trust my intuition when it comes to connecting with others.
Raw vulnerability is what ignites me and allows others to feel safe to be vulnerable as well. It's when we are vulnerable that we can truly perform at our maximum.
I have supported and grown organizations from the size of a small start-up to multi-billion dollar organizations. I have led organizations as small as 15 to 30,000 employees. I have an MBA, multiple HR certifications including Hogan, and so much more.
My favorite accomplishment? Seeing those whom I have led, embrace every superpower they have. Shifting from seeing their empathy and sensitivity as a weakness to owning it as a powerful tool to succeed.
